Because all our items are made to order and have variations, our items have individual processing times and shipping methods. Please read the shipping and processing time on the ad.

As all items are handcrafted we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or refunds.
Every item leaves here in excellent condition. Should an item get damaged in transit, please notify us. We will file and insurance claim. If approved, we will repair or replace, once you send item back to us, at your cost, and we assess the damage.
For all insurance claims we must have pictures of all the packaging, condition of the box and damage to the item. Do not dispose of anything until the claim determination is made and we have instructed you to do so. Failure to cooperate with an insurance claim will result in a denied claim and we will not repair or replace.
We do not refund or replace items lost by the shipper. Nor do we refund or replace items marked delivered by the shipper that you do not receive (example: stolen from home/porch). Our shippers use GPS that can pinpoint exactly where the item was delivered. It is the buyers responsibility to have a safe place for packages to be left. Our responsibility as a seller, where shipping/delivery is concerned, ends when a package is marked delivered by the shipper. The insurance we carry on our packages does not cover packages that are stolen once delivered by our shippers. You may request a signature confirmation at the point of delivery for an additional $3.00. This means someone from you home must sign for the package. Otherwise it will not be left by the shipper. Please ask for this prior to your purchase.
We have no control over shippers. If the shippers we use to send your order has a delay, no matter how long, we cannot do anything to get it there faster. Natural disasters/weather, Pandemics, Holidays, etc are just some of many reasons a package could be delayed. Again, we have no control over this and ask that you be patient. Keep an eye on the tracking, even if it has not updated for a period of time. We don't want your order stuck anywhere for any amount of time while in transit from our shop to your door anymore than you do. During COVID-19 and the holiday season, delays are unfortunately abundant. We as sellers feel helpless as most shippers either will not take calls or if they do give no more information than is listed in tracking. Again, we ask that you be patient and understand that we are not the cause of the delay.

We will consider other shipping methods. However, it has been our experience that the shorter time in shipping process the less chance of our items being damaged. All items leave here in perfect condition. We cannot be responsible for damage in shipping. Therefore we prefer USPS Priority Mail. We will ship FedEx for larger items.
Please use conversation with the date you need the item by, BEFORE PURCHASING. Please include your zip code, so we can check shipping time. We will let you know if we can accommodate your deadline.
Please use conversations to request logos. We do hand paint some logos. We have done vinyl, and stickers (you provide), but prefer hand painting. Please attach a picture of your logo with your inquiry. We will let you know if we can do it. Alternately, we can build the game with a header to allow you to place your logo at the top of the game. If your logo has a copyright/trademark, we will not do it, unless you provide proof that you have the authority to authorize us to do so.
Several of our smaller items are shipped in a padded envelope. You will see in the ad how many you can purchase for one set shipping price. Anything over that quantity will need to be purchased separate. For large quantities or large items, we will generally place a special ad with shipping included or bill shipping on a separate special ad.
